The stunningly beautiful and independent sovereign state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines , located in the Lesser Antilles chain amidst the Caribbean Sea , will also be an important venue for an extravagant start to the world's greatest cricketing event, the 9 th ICC Cricket World Cup 2007.

The scenic islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines , with its tropical climate and exotic natural locations, earn its overall revenue from its growing Tourism sector and the banana cultivation. It will be hosting the Warm-up matches of the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup, scheduled to be played on the 5 th , 6 th , 8 th and 9 th of March, 2007.
The matches would be held at the famous Arnos Vale Stadium at St. Vincent , with an estimated crowd capacity of 12,000 people.

The tickets to the event have been partly sold out and the remaining ones can be purchased in the third ticketing sales phase that begins from 1 February 2007. The tickets can be booked online too. One can apply for tickets for individual matches, select individual venues, apply for a Venue Combination to see all the matches played there, or can ‘Follow A Path' of any one of the 16 participating teams.

General Points to remember while applying for tickets for the 2007 Cricket World Cup are:

Only one online order per person is permitted but each household can submit two applications provided each order is from a separate person in the same household.

For warm-up, Group Stage and Super 8 matches, applicants can order up to 20 tickets per match per application, and this also applies to the opening ceremony.

For the two Semi Finals and the World Cup Final the maximum limit is 4 tickets per application.
