The beautiful independent island nation of Grenada in the southeastern Caribbean Sea will be an important venue for the world's greatest cricketing event, the 9 th ICC Cricket World Cup 2007.
The colorful island of Grenada , with its tropical climate, is also better known as ‘ Spice Island ', being a major exporter of spices and also a popular tourist destination. It will be hosting the Super-8 matches of the 2007 Cricket World Cup, to be held at the fabulous Queen's Park Stadium with a crowd capacity of 17,000.
The tickets to the event have been partly sold out and the remaining ones can be purchased in the third ticketing sales phase that begins from 1 February 2007. The tickets can be booked online too. One can apply for tickets to individual matches, select individual venues, apply for a Venue Combination to see all the matches played there, or can ‘Follow A Path' of any one of the 16 participating teams.

General Points to remember while applying for tickets for the 2007 Cricket World Cup are:
Only one online order per person is permitted but each household can submit two applications provided each order is from a separate person in the same household.
For warm-up, Group Stage and Super 8 matches, applicants can order up to 20 tickets per match per application, and this also applies to the opening ceremony.
For the two Semi Finals and the World Cup Final the maximum limit is 4 tickets per application.
