LOCATION OF NETHERLANDS ANTILLES
Netherlands Antilles is located in the Coast of Caribbean Sea. It is consisted of two major groups of islands. Curacao and Bonaire are groups together and they lie in the Venezuelan coastal region.

On the other hand the other three islands, i.e. Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten are located in the eastern region of the Virgin Islands of United Sates.

Netherlands Antilles is basically a volcanic region. The face of the country is full of uplands, highlands and lowlands. The Netherlands Antilles in fact, consists of five small islands. These islands are divided into groups such as Leeward Islands group or the northern group and the Windward Islands group or the southern group. The northern group includes the islands called, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten. On the other hand the southern group includes the islands called Bonaire and Curacao. The highest altitude of the country is the Mount Scenery peak that rises almost 862 meters above the sea level.
CLIMATE OF NETHERLANDS ANTILLES
The climate of Netherlands Antilles can be termed as tropical. Since there are many hilly regions in the country, the weather remains cold throughout the year. The highlands are characterized with more dry and clod weather. However the weather becomes mild and pleasing, when the northeastern trade winds blow over the land.
FLORA AND FAUNA OF NETHERLANDS ANTILLES
Flora: The vegetation of the country is very rich. You will find great varieties of plants like elm, pine, oak, linden, beech and so on. A famous species of the flower called Dutch tulip is found in large number in the forests of the country. Some other unique species of flowers such as daisies, buttercups, and the purple can also be found here.
Fauna: The animal kingdom is also diverse. Various species of birds are found in this country. Seagulls are sound in large number. Some rare species of fishes are also in the coastal regions of the country.
