The lawn bowls event at Commonwealth Games 2010 has six competitions for men and women.

Brief about the game

Lawn Bowls is an accuracy game. In this game the goal of the player is to roll bowls, which are asymmetrical in shape to the closest small white ball. The small ball is known as sweetie, kitty or jack. The game is popularly played in Commonwealth countries like England, New Zealand and Australia.
