The city of St. Paul although is the capital of Minnesota is a relatively smaller and quieter counterpart of its twin, Minneapolis. Quite different from the other state capitals of the US, the city has still retained some of its cultural and historic origins and is gradually developing so as to rival its counterpart Minneapolis.
