St Augustine College like any other college in United States is an institution that awards bachelor or associate's degrees only. In St Augustine or any other city in United States pursuing post secondary education is termed as college or university education.Generally in a college in United States one has to undergo 4 years of learning. Undergraduates in colleges have to qualify four grades namely freshman, sophomore, junior and senior years.

Admission to St Augustine college s like any other college in the country are based on grades obtained in the subjects opted in high school, the GPA score of the prospective students and rank in the school. After completion of four years of study Colleges offer a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.). There are some students who first study for two years in community colleges in St Augustine after high school. After obtaining Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree in these colleges they apply for another college or university. In United States one cannot pursue study in law or medicine at the undergraduate level but after the completion of bachelor degree.
