Westlake Center is a four-story shopping plaza situated in Seattle. The building of Westlake Center comprises more 25 floors, most of which serves as corporate offices. The Rouse Company founded this Center in 1988. Later in 2004 Real Estate Investment Trust General Growth Properties took over the authority of this building. The location of Westlake Center on the Pine Street in the heart of Downtown Seattle is easily accessible form the Westlake Avenue. Westlake enlivens the downtown Seattle round the year. The architecture of the building with its shining glass surface is worth admiring.

The food court at upper level and other stores offering a wide collection of quality regional merchandise, make this market place one of the favorite shopping destinations for both locals as well as tourists. The building is situated amidst the major tourist attraction spots of Seattle like The Seattle Monorail, Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, Paramount Theater, Seattle Public Library, Seattle Art Museum, Experience Music Project and many others. The mall timings in Westlake Center during the weekdays are from 10:00am-9:00pm. On Sundays the mall closes at 6.00 pm in the evening.
