At Palisade restaurant in Seattle, the dishes are cooked following the original recipes and are prepared with the best ingredients available. The tide pools of Palisade receive fresh seawater from Elliott Bay. The fishes reared in the pools are used for preparing the vast variety of seafood dishes served at Palisade. Considering the hygiene requirements, steaks and roasts are cooked for a longer duration on slow fire. The Brunch Hours are between 9:30 am-2.00 pm. The
Palisade Brunch menu includes some of the mouthwatering delicacies including King Salmon Benedict, Seafood Joe, Vegetable and Mushroom Omelette, Thick-Cut Vanilla French Toast, Roasted Garlic Prawns that are very popular among guests.

The Bar at Palisade is opened from Monday to Thursday between 2 pm to 11pm. On Fridays it remains opened from 2 pm till midnight, on Saturdays from 3pm to midnight and on Sundays from 2 pm till 10pm. The dessert menu of Palisade is a gastronomical delight for the guests who prefer sweet dishes. Chocolate mousse cake, Guava-Passion Fruit Sorbet, Piña Colada Cake, Burnt Cream Sampler and White Chocolate Torte are the most favorite desserts served at the restaurant. The Lunch Hours in Palisade spans from 11:15 am-2 pm during Mondays to Fridays.
