Rehoboth Beach is a city in U.S state of Delaware. Founded in 1873 by the Rev. Robert W. Todd, the location was incorporated by the Delaware General Assembly as Henlopen City in 1891. It later changed its name to Rehoboth Beach. The city's name is a Biblical name, which means "place for all".

Area & Location: Being a city in Sussex County, the city is located on the Atlantic Coast at 38º42'57? Latitude North and 75º4'59? Longitude West. The city occupies a total area of 4.3 sq. km with 3.1 sq. km of land and 1.2 sq. km of water. It has a population of 1,495.
