Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology and Anthropology, most of them were obtained through archaeological excavations. The museum comprises three galleries, featuring displays from Mesopotamia, ancient Egypt, Asia, Mesoamerica, ancient Mediterranean World and the Bible Lands. Besides, different works of art belonging to the ingenious people of Polynesia, Americas and Africa also attract huge crowds, who are fond of antique objects.

- The Penn Museum in Philadelphia is open for public viewing from 10 am in the morning till 4.30 pm in the afternoon. However on Sundays, the visiting hours are from 1 pm to 5 pm. The Museum is closed on Mondays and all public holidays.
- Entrance fee per adult is $8 and per child, students and aged citizens more than 62 years is $5. However, admission to the Penn Museum is complimentary for children below 6 years of age, members of the museum and PENN card holders.
