The Derek’s is a very popular restaurant of Philadelphia owned and named after Derek Davis. His restaurant Sonoma was reincarnated in the year 2005 leading to the establishment of Derek’s restaurant.
A few of the signature recipes of Derek's include California chopped salad prepared with roasted chicken, avocado, cucumber, bacon, shrimp, gorgonzola cheese, tomato, and corn with thousand island dressing; tomato mozzarella salad with fresh mozzarella, pesto and balsamic vinegar, traditional caesar salad with roasted peppers and grilled chicken breast, gorgonzola cheese salad with mixed greens, fresh strawberries, toasted cashews, and strawberry-mustard-basil vinaigrette and many other delicacies.

The signature dessert of Derek’s is raspberry bread pudding, which is served warm with chocolate bourbon sauce.
