City Tavern

Walter Staib is both the proprietor and chef of City Tavern restaurant. The lunch hours of City Tavern start from 11.30 am daily. From Monday to Saturday the dinner starts from 4.00 pm in the evening, while on Sundays, it starts from 3.00 pm. The First Courses and Soups of lunch menu of City Tavern includes Mallard Duck Sausage, Giant Cornmeal Fried Oysters, West Indies Pepperpot Soup, Tavern Soup du Jour, Black Forest Ham & Asparagus, Hearty Turkey Noodle, Salmagundi and many other mouthwatering delicacies. The main course of the lunch includes
Medallions of Venison, Crab Cake "Chesapeake Style", Hand Made Beef Sausage, Beef Pie, Pork Chop “Apple-Wood Smoked” and Pail lard of Salmon. The freshly prepared bread and pastries of the restaurant add to the list of delicacies of City Tavern.
