Amada


Amada is an ideal place to enjoy authentic Spanish Tapas in Philadelphia. The master chef Jose Garces has reinvented Tapas with its original earthy Mediterranean flavors. The century old recipes are cooked and served with lot of expertise. Jose Garces is both the owner and chef of the restaurant Amada.

Some of the signature Tapas of Amada are Spanish Octopus, Tortilla Española and Garlic Shrimp. Some of the other specialties of Amada are Lobster Paella, Seasonal Sangrías and Whole Roasted Suckling Pig. The specialty cocktails of Amada include Bad Education (Lychee Mojito with Fresh Mint & Lime), Volver(Green Tea and Tangerine Gimlet), Tie Me Up Tie Me Down(Lemon, Rosemary Martini), Talk To Her( Pomegranite Margarita) and Matador (Elderflower Ginger Bourbon Smash). The wine list at the restaurant is quite long and varied.
It serves Spanish wines along with liquors from South America, California, Portugal, France and Italy.

From Monday to Friday the lunch hours in Amada are from 11:30 am to 2:30pm. While on Sundays the dinner is served between 4:00-11:00, from Monday to Thursday in between 5:00 to11:00 pm and from Friday to Saturday from 5:00 pm till midnight. The Amada restaurant can be hired for organizing parties and other social gatherings. People who are interested to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant can easily book a table in advance. All the major cards like Visa, Discover, MC and Amex are accepted at the restaurant. While having dinner, guests can enjoy Flamenco performances on every Wednesdays at 9:00 pm and every Fridays at 10:00 pm. Amada is thronged by numerous food lovers every day who want to taste the original cuisine of Spain.
