The Department of Real Estate, Arizona is the body which governs the real estate throughout the state. The aim of the Department of Real Estate , Arizona is to secure the rights and the interest of the public by setting up the regulations and offering license to the eligible persons engaged in the real estate profession in Arizona. The organization is headed by the Commissioner who is appointed by the Governor and has an advisory board who advises on different matters relating to the real estate. The Administrative Action Division helps the Commissioner take disciplinary actions against any agent or developer. Apart from that there is the Consumer Assistance Team or CAT team who provides answers to different queries of the customers which the organization is barred from answering legally.
