Important Festivals: The City of Lights Jazz Festival is an annual festival in Las Vegas that is held at Hills Park. It was started in the year 1993. A large number of renowned jazz players perform there. Past performers in the festival were Paul Taylor, Janice Cooling, and Chuck Mangione. This festival is a sell-out each time it's held.
