This neighborhood is also famous for their historic building which has designated the neighborhood with the title ‘Los Angeles Historic Preservation Overlay Zone'. This is a very small neighborhood with only 250 households which are scattered in eight blocks. The designs of the house were inspired by different classical styles from Spanish revival to Neo-federalist.
