Fort Smith is a city in the county Sebastian in the state of Arkansas, USA. Fort Smith was established along with the fort in the first half of nineteenth century by John Rogers. The famous person who is associated with the history of Fort Smith is a famous judge named, Isaac Parker who earned the name of the 'Hanging Judge' during his career as he ordered the execution of over 160 people of which about eighty persons were really hanged.
