Dover is the capital of Delaware state in the United States. William Penn in the seventeenth century established this city for administrative activities of the county of Kent . Today, Dover has become the second most important city in the U.S with a population of about 40000.
The historical connection of Dover city is closely associated with the place called Green and the person Caesar Rodney. Green in Dover is the witness of many historical and patriotic activities and Caesar Rodney is the legendary patriotic hero of American Revolution. There is an interesting enigma about the tomb of Caesar Rodney as no one knows where exactly he was buried though it is known that his was entombed outside Dover.
