The architecture of Arlington St Church is a delight to watch for any onlooker. The design of this church was greatly influenced by Italy's Basilica della Santissima Annunziata del Vastato. The arches of Arlington St Church are rounded and the columns bear a Corinthian influence. The panels lying in both sides of the choir loft are inscribed with the text of the Lord's Prayer and the Ten Commandments. The windows of this church were designed by the Tiffany Studios. Another unique object placed in the prayer hall of Arlington St Church is the Aeolian-Skinner organ.
Boston Common Garage can be availed by the members of the church to park their cars. For the tourists, an alley next to the church is available for car parking. This space is rented throughout the week for the convenience of the visitors.
