Bismarck Civic Center

Bismarck civic center is an event center for conferences, conventions, concerts and sporting events. Thus it serves as a multi purpose arena. With a seating capacity of 10000 it is one of the major event organizing centres in Bismarck.

Facilities offered in Bismarck civic center

Parking: There are five parking lots located on the west, south, and east side of the Civic Center. Disabled parking sections are located directly in front of the ticket office. To be allowed into these parking areas, vehicles need to display a current window pass or license plate. To ensure a parking place one needs to arrive early.

Based on the event concession stand is available. Not all stands may be open for an event.

The arena has three levels. They are the, Floor which is used for concerts, 100 Level blue seats and 200 Level red and grey seats. Seating varies by event and not all areas may be available at all events.

There is provision for Wheelchair seating at all events in the arena. Wheelchair locations are located in the 200 Level north and south of the building. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating

Restrooms are located on each level of the arena and exhibit hall. Signs lead one to the nearest restroom. All restrooms can be accessed by wheelchair. Most restrooms have baby changing stations

With the presence of drinking fountains throughout the building there isn't any problem for drinking. Guests using wheelchairs can find accessible drinking fountains throughout the building. A cup of water may be requested for taking medications. These are made available at the concession stand located in the food court.

Public telephones are available in the lower level of the arena.

ATMs are located in the lower lobby adjacent to the Civic Center box office and in the upper level food court area.

Those in need of first aid should contact the event personnel.

Special transportation is available for people who wish to attend events at the Bismarck civic center. Pick Up/Drop Off is located on the south side of the building. For more information on bus routes and schedules, one needs to call (701) 258-6817.
