Terry Christian


Born on 8 May 1963, Terry Christian is well known as a television and radio presenter. As a television and radio presenter he had won many awards like in the year 1985 and 1986 he won the Sony Awards in the best music category.

Early Life of Terry Christian

Terry Christian’s parents were of Irish origin and he spend his childhood close to Old Trafford and completed his schooling from St. Bedes College located at Alexandra Park.

Terry Christian as a Radio presenter

As a radio presenter he has won the hearts of the listeners. He presented regular programs that showcased some of the popular bands of Manchester like Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets and The Stone Roses. During the 1980s Christian became a famous
presenter in the local radio stations of BBC. He worked for both Radio 4 and Radio 1. One of his famous show is The Terry Christian Show broadcasted from 7pm to 10 pm on BBC GMR. The repeat telecast of this program can be viewed every Tuesday.
