The English Badminton Nationals Club in Manchester organizes the English National Badminton Championships. This is an annual badminton event, which first started in the year 1963. With passing time, the popularity of the event increased, and it was organized in other British cities as well like Haywards, Norwich, and Crawley. It was after gaining success in different parts of United Kingdom, that the club selected Manchester Velodrome to be its final base in 2003.
