Some of the nearby places are Upminster, Thamesmead, Erith, Pratt's Bottom and Cudham. Tilda Rice, Miller and Manufacturer have their plant on the banks of river Thames. One of the major tourist attractions of London Rainham is the Rainham Hall, which is a Georgian building. The Rainham Hall, which was constructed in the year of 1729, was built in the honor of famous Captain John Harle. The hall has beautiful gates made out of wrought iron and is presently owned by the National Trust. Some of the chief features of the Rainham Hall include a fine carved wooden porch, ornamental stonework, a Victorian dog house and a mulberry tree.
