The Zutons is an English band that specializes in musical genres like Alternative Rock, Indie and Pop.
Named after the guitarist of Magic Band music group of Liverpool, Bill Harkleroad, also known as Zoot Horn, the Zutons prove to be one of the most popular bands in Liverpool. The music of the group was classified as 'psychedelic cartoon punk'. A four member group that included people like Dave McCabe, who initially belonged to the Tramp Attack group, and Sean and Russ who belonged to The Big Kids group. Apart from these members, there was Sean's girlfriend Abi Harding who frequently joined the group on the saxophone.

The Zutons has won numerous awards, which include:
- 2004 Mercury Music Prize winner for the album ‘Who Killed...........The Zutons?’
- British Breakthrough Act Awards at the 2005 BRIT Awards
One of the strongest contenders of The Zutons was The Corals, who shared the same producer with that of The Zutons, that is Ian Broudie. Moreover, both the bands were from Merseyside, which increased the competition even more.
