Location and history of Liverpool College
Established in the year 1840, Liverpool College, was entirely dedicated to charitable education. This eminent school of Liverpool was founded mainly with the patronage of Edward Smith Stanley, 14th Earl of Derby. Although initially this school campus was sited at Everton, but the location of the school was changed three times in 165 years. Ultimately the school was amalgamated with Huyton College and became a co-educational day school of Liverpool. Currently this Institute is located at Queens Drive in the Mossley Hill region of Liverpool.

Admission process
Usually the admission is opened for the children of 3,4,7,11,14 and 16 years of age. Entrance tests are conducted for students who are willing to take admission at the Preparatory school, while students for upper school are selected on the basis of entrance test and interview. Several scholarships are offered to the eligible candidates according to their merit and financial condition.
