Calderstones School Liverpool is one of the eminent schools of Liverpool situated at Harthill Road. Calderstones Park and All Hallows Allerton church are located in the close vicinity of this school. Established as Quarry Bank High School in 1922, this school has gone through a number of modification and alteration. Initially 225 pupils took admission in this school. In year 1967, Quarry Bank High School (for boys) was merged with the Morrison School and Calder High school (for girls) and took up the name of Quarry Bank Comprehensive School. In year 1985, Quarry Bank again integrated with Aigburth Vale High School. The school used to be operated and controlled from four different locations.

In year 2001, Calderstones School was renovated and became a segment of Private Finance Initiative Scheme. This School now incorporates a number of divisions as Arts wing, Technology Wing, Quarry House, Morrison wing, Science wing and Calder house. The Calder Wing houses the Sixth Form of the school whereas Arts wing includes the departments as MFL, Music, English and Arts. The Quarry House integrates the History department and ICT while a
