Sharjah Eslah Museum is an educational museum. It is one of the oldest heritage museums managed and controlled by The Department of Culture and Information under the Directorate of Heritage. Museums in Sharjah are rich store houses of heritage, which is carefully preserved for the next generation.
The museum is housed in the al Qasimi School. It was the first modern educational institution in UAE founded in the year 1953. After the World War II the school was renamed as Eslah Qasimi School. The Eslah museum building is regarded as one of the distinctive landmark in the history of Sharjah.

The original classrooms of the school have been kept intact. The main exhibits of Sharjah Eslah Museum are various items and accessories used by the school students 70 years ago. Visitors frequent this museum to see the various kinds of pen, ink and exercise books used by the students.
The museum charges an entry fee. For a single adult the fee varies between 1 to 3 dirhams and for a single family the entry fee ranges from 3 to 6 dirhams. Eslah museum remains closed during Ramdan and other public holidays.
