Visa Services: Bangkok is one of the top cities of the world. Any foreigner who wishes to enter Thailand for business, study, medical treatment, employment, or any other purpose has to obtain a visa before being allowed to enter Thailand. Different types of visas are offered for different types of requirements of the visitors. These are Transit Visa, Tourist Visa, Non-Immigrant Visa, Official Visa, etc. Applicants who wish to enter for tourism purposes get a tourism visa. These visa holders are allowed to stay in Thailand for not more than 60 days at a time. Passport holders of 40 countries and Hong Kong SAR do not require a visa if they are coming to Thailand for tourism purposes if their stay does not exceed 30 days.

Immigration Services: Foreigners who have non-immigrant visas and who have resided continuously in Thailand for three years can apply for a permanent residency in Thailand. For aliens who have a spouse in Thailand, the alien is initially given permission for 90 days. The immigration office then extends this stay for one year at a time. Foreigners with non-immigrant visas who have resided in Thailand continuously for three years (on one year extensions) can apply for a permanent residence.
