Swedish National Academy of Mime and Acting is a famous school that offers 2-3 years programs in acting and mime. Several short courses are also provided to the students. To get admission in this institute students have to perform well in the special auditions. People who have good knowledge of the Swedish language can only take part in these auditions.
Each year 8 to 10 persons secure admission in the Acting Program of the academy. Generally, around 900 students sit for the auditions, but among them only 8 to 10 highly talented students are selected.
