Annual General Meeting of Nordea
The Annual General Meeting of Nordea discusses the final financial statement of the company, its budget allocation, net profit and loss. Before the commencement of the Meeting, the Company issues notices in the leading newspapers of Sweden. The Annual General Meeting is attended by the Board of Directors and shareholders.
Every share holder has a right to vote in the Annual General Meeting of the company and is entitled for one vote only. The Annual General Meeting for the session 2007-2008 will take place on the 3rd of April, 2008.
