Berzelii Park Stockholm is associated with the Berzelii Riots that took place in 1951. Youths used to assemble at this park every night. The riots reached an unmanageable form on 26th August. About 3000 young men gathered at the park and confronted the police force and military police, who had to be brought in from 5 other cities.
