Alice Timander is popularly recognized as the youngest Swedish dentist of Stockholm in Sweden. She was also a glamour queen who attended several premiere shows in Sweden and has been titled as the 'Red Carpet Queen'. She passed away when she was 91 years old.
Early Life of Alice Timander
Alice Timander was born on 6th October, 1915 in Stockholm, Sweden. Her original name is Alice Ingegärd Marianne Müller. She was brought up in Eslov and Trelleborg. She also became a member of the Christian Democrats after the elections in 1998. But she stepped into politics only for a short while.
She also went to acting classes and trained herself. She acted at a show with actress Zarah Leander and became quite popular, but did not pursue it as her profession for a long time. She was the first female in Sweden to graduate from the college of dentistry. She

completed her studies at the age of 21 to become the youngest dentist in the whole of Sweden. She was married to Bengt Logardt but later got divorced. She then married Torsten Timander who was also a dentist.
Alice Timander as a Social Worker
Alice Timander provided shelter to the soldiers from Denmark and Norway during the Second World War. As a dentist she served the poor and famished people of Egypt and Morocco. She also served the old and the helpless people free of charge and rendered them dental care and treatment.
A documentary was made on Alice Timander by the Swedish National television. The film was chosen for nominations for the Guldbagge Award in the year 2007. While the documentary was in production, Alice Timander suffered from brain tumor. She passed away on 3rd July 2007.
