Cederschiold and Mats Hulth were elected as mayors of Stockholm, Sweden. Kristina Axen Olin is the present Mayor of Stockholm. The Mayors of Stockholm are elected from different parties like Swedish Social Democratic Party, Swedish Liberal Party and Hogerpartiet which later came to be known as the Moderate Party.
Kristina Axen Olin has been elected as the Stockholm Mayor in 2006. She succeeded Annika Billstrom, the former Mayor of the city. She belongs to the Swedish Moderate Party. From 2003, Olin also served her party as its Deputy Chairman. She also serves in Stockholm Country Police Authority, as its Chairman. She is a prominent figure of Stockholm administration.
The Stockholm City Hall is maintained by the Municipal Council of the city. The banquet of Nobel Prize is arranged at the Blue Hall of the City Hall. Other halls of the City Hall are the Golden Hall, the Council Chamber and the Gallery of the Prince.
