Fideau is another type of paella, which has fish stock and noodles. Turron, a delicacy enjoyed by the people of Valencia, is made with almonds. It is one of the main dishes in the Christmas menu.

To complement Valencia food, Chufa plays an important role. It is served in most of the bars and pubs of the city. This sweet drink is made from horchata, which is tiger nut milk. Tourists can enjoy delicious Valencian Food in the city restaurants as well as all across the globe.
