Valencia Botanical Garden is one of the main attractions of the city, which is enjoyed by all nature lovers. The garden is located at alencia Parks and Gardens Beato Gaspar Bono 6, since 1802.
Since its inception in 1802, the Botanical Garden of Valencia has protected more than 3,000 various species of plants, which have different climatic origins. The University of Valencia has helped a lot in moving the garden from its previous location to the present one.
Botanical Garden in Valencia was made under the instructions of Linnaeus.

It followed the instruction of the first director and was made on the site of the Huerto de Tramoyere. Like all other Valencia Parks and Gardens, the Botanical garden has fish tanks and offers shelter to plants in the greenhouses.
One can enjoy a relaxing walk in the Botanical Garden at Valencia, which has a calm and quiet atmosphere. The impeccable natural beauty of the surroundings with greenery all around is definitely refreshing.
Valencia Botanical Garden is open on all days, except Monday. From 1st March to 31st October, it remains open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 1st May to 31st August, the timing is from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. From 1st November to 28th February, the park is open for public from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In April and September the park is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The park remains closed on national holidays like 25th December and 1st January.
