The Museo Sorolla is a famous Madrid museum that houses the collection of the great Valencian artist Joaquin Sorolla y Bastida ( 1863 to 1923). The Museo Sorolla is part of the house of the artist that was consecrated by his widow in the year 1929. Built as a studio dwelling between 1910 and 1911, the Museo Sorolla is exemplary of bourgeois architecture of the 20th century.
