Erika Feldmann had taken her lessons from a hotel school in Switzerland and hence the restaurant has been named after the Swiss city of Crans- Montana. The menu at the Montana restaurant of Madrid is deeply influenced by Italian and Oriental flavors. The restaurant uses fresh and authentic ingredients in all their dishes. The few common ingredients used in the recipes include salt cod, wild asparagus, cardoon, Iberian ham and pigeon.
