Reaching Seoul is no more a problem from any corner of the world. Seoul can be reached via flights, trains and buses. There are two major airports in Seoul that receive as well as depart both international and domestic flights. Though there are no international buses and trains that operate to Seoul directly, there are many long-distance trains that connect Seoul to other places in Korea.
For international tourists, reaching Seoul via flights is the easiest option. The Incheon International Airport and the Gimpo Domestic Airport are the two major airports in the city. The two major Korean airlines, namely the Korean Air and Asiana Airlines have their hub at the Incheon International Airport. The airport can be accessed from almost all parts of the city. Trains are another mode of transportation that can be availed to reach Seoul from different parts of Korea. The two popular train stations in Seoul are the Seoul Station and the Cheongnyangni Station. There are no international trains to Seoul. However, Seoul has a well-developed railway network, which is operated by Korea National Railroad (KNR). These trains help in connecting the places in the city. Taxis and subway systems are available in plenty to help tourists reach the railway station in Seoul.
Bus services to Seoul are abundant from the different parts of the city as well as from other cities of South Korea. The Express Bus Terminal is the most important bus terminus in the city that receives buses from all parts of the city. There are many long-distance buses that operate in the city.
