Seoul International School (SIS) is located at Seongnam, Korea and was founded by Edward Adams. It is an international college preparatory school. This co-educational school follows an American curriculum. The school also happens to be the first International school that has received license from the Republic of Korea and has got Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation in 1979.
Seoul International School, Korea started functioning from 1973. Its initial location was the Konkuk University. It was moved to its current location in 1985 in the month of May. It can be easily accessed from the Jamsil subway station.
There are 3 levels of education at this school. These are:
- Elementary School: Junior Kindergarten to Grade V
- Middle School: Grade VI to Grade VIII
- High School
The Seoul International School of Korea possesses excellent computer laboratories. Besides, there are science laboratories and libraries with internet facility. There are band and choir rooms for the students of music. There are also sound proofed practice rooms.
