Seoul education system begins with basic education at elementary schools. The elementary schools are meant for children belonging to the age group of 6 to 11 years. Seoul Foreign School

Seoul Foreign School (SFS) provides a western style of education to the international students with a great deal of emphasis on the values of Christianity. It was established in 1912 by Mrs. Charles S. Deming of the Methodist Mission. The school is situated at Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu. The school has the accreditation of Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Seoul Foreign School of Korea is a member of the following associations:
