Trevor Immelman is one of the best 15 golfers of the world. This South African golf player won several matches including the 2003 WGC World Cup. Trevor Immelman is one of the famous golf players of South Africa. He was born on 16th December 1979. He started playing golf from a very young age. In 1999 he took up golf as his profession. He took part in the Challenge Tour in Europe in the year 2000. He won the Tusker Kenya Open and the Vodacom Players Championship in 2000. He ranked tenth in that tournament. The very next year he obtained full membership of the European Tour.

This has resulted in his increased participation in the matches of the PGA Tour. By the end of 2006, his name appeared among the top 10 of the PGA Tour money list.

Trevor Immelman featured as one of the 15 golfers of the world after winning the Cialis Western Open in 2006. The very same year he won the title Rookie of the Year. In 2007, he could not take part in the South African Airways Open for physical ailment. He was unable to join the 2008 PGA Tour season for the same reason.
