Tuchkov Bridge is a wooden bridge in Saint Petersburg built in 1758. Tuchkov Bridge has got its name from a Russian businessman Avraam Tuchkov, who gave financial help to build the bridge.
Many times, this well-known bridge of Russia underwent reconstruction work. At one time, this bridge was used heavily due to its favorable geographic location. In the past, this bridge was the main connecting link between Kamenny Islands, Yelagin, Karelian Peninsula and Yelagin and Krestovsky.
