Petersburg Fuel Company is a joint stock company based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Petersburg Fuel Company was established by a group of 21 organizations in St. Petersburg. Among these companies were Saint Petersburg Seaport, Rus Insurance Company, Baltic Sea Steamship Company, Leningrad Oblast Administration, Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise, Bank Rossiya, and Eurosib Paints Petersburg. All the 21 companies held 4.76% shares each.

From 1995 onwards Petersburg Fuel Company started developing its filling station in Saint Petersburg city. By a contract signed by Deputy Mayor Vladimir Putin, the company was given exclusive rights of supplying petroleum to the city ambulances, police vehicles, taxis, buses and the city's fleet of ships.
By 2006 the company owned 147 refiling units in Saint Petersburg to become the leading petroleum retailer in and around this city. During 2006 Petersburg Fuel Company spent US $ 30 million in strengthening its retail chain of refiling stations.
