Saint Petersburg Administration is made up of the Governor and Executive Bodies. Each executive body or committee is headed by a Chairman. The Governor of St. Petersburg is proposed by the Russian President and thereafter approved by the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. The Governor is aided by several Vice-Governors in his executive functions.
