Conditions for Permit
An investor willing to trade with Lodz Special Economic Zone requires a special permit. The conditions are:
- Investment of minimum EUR 100,000
- The ownership of the investment assets should not be transferred at least for five years
- Should be conducting business activity for at least 5 years
- Maintenance of the employment level for at least 5 years
