Lodz Food


Lodz food gives an idea of the cuisine of Poland. The food in Lodz is rich in vitamins, proteins, fats and carbohydrates making it highly nutritious. The course starts with soups like Kapuniak, Zupa ogorkowa, Krupnik, sour cabbage soup or hot cucumber soup. They are prepared with smoked meat and loads of vegetables. At the end of the main course, the people of Lodz like taking desserts like doughnuts and cookies. Makowiec or Strucla Z Makiem, Chrusciki, Paczki and Sernik are very popular with the people.
