Lodz art, culture and entertainment gives an idea about the lifestyle of the people of this Polish city. Lodz went through a rapid development in the later half of the 19th century. It was mainly due to the heavy immigration of merchants and craftsmen. The industrial revolution gave rise birth to huge workforce that in turn led to economic development of Lodz.
