Ground Floor:
In the ground floor of San Agustin Museum, tourists can visit Sacristy, Sala De La Capitulacion and Refactory - Sala Profundis/Crypt. At Sala De La Capitulacion, items displayed include statues and artifacts of San Agustin Church. Paintings and statues are displayed in Sacristy.
First Floor:
The staircase leading to the first floor of the museum was made by Chinese Granite. The divisions of the first floor are:

- Church Vestments
- Porcelain Room
