It is one of the leading educational institutions of the city, affiliated by the University of Philippines. The College was established in 1918. It is located in the Gorordo Avenue, Lahug of Cebu city.

Admission in U.P.V.C.C
Students have to pass the U.P Graduate School Admission Test to join any graduate program of this University. A minimum of 2 year's working experience is also mandatory for the students to enroll in the graduate program of U.P.V.C.C.
On successful completion of U.P College Admission Test or UPCAT, students can get a seat in the undergraduate programs of U.P.V.C.C.
To get admitted in the high school level, students have to score good marks in U.P High School Admission Test.
