Cebu City Sports club was inaugurated on 22nd September in 2001.
Cebu City Sports Club has been constructed with the joint venture of Cebu Holdings Inc. and Ayala Land, Inc. The main aim for the establishment of the club is to modernize and heighten Cebu Business Park as an integrated center.

There are seven levels in the club. The visitors of the club are facilitated by three basement parking areas having 328 parking slots. The club has been further divided into Lower Grounds 1 and 2, Upper Ground and finally the 2nd floor.
House Rules of Cebu City Sports Club
The Club Management decides about the facilities that would be made available to the club visitors. The time of opening and closing of the club is also operated by the management body by publishing proper schedules. Dress code has also been set up for the members and their guests, dependents and visitors to the club. The Club Management has the authority to judge about the clothing standards. The management can request anybody to leave the premises if dress code is inappropriate according. To visit the Fine Dining restaurant, formal outfit has to be maintained. Footwear is compulsory for all in the club premises except in the deck area of the pool.
